NaTakallam

You can bring refugee voices directly into your classroom with virtual programs from NaTakallam. NaTakallam creates opportunities for students around the world to interact with forcibly displaced persons and refugees, providing them with economic opportunity, purpose, and re-gained dignity. There are two program tracks available: language learning in Arabic, Spanish or French for world language classes; and global issues for social studies, history, or ELA classes. Both tracks offer students the opportunity to connect and learn from Syrians, Iraqis, Venezuelans, Hondurans, and others who fled their countries due to conflict. Thanks to special funding, NaTakallam is able to meet 100% of financial need for its Middle East sessions.
