iEARN-USA: Storytelling for Change

Program Dates: March 24-May 22, 2026

Storytelling for Change is a virtual exchange program that builds leaders by engaging Algerian, Tunisian, and American high school students to create and exchange stories about real world issues in their local communities. This free program is implemented by iEARN-USA, and supported by the US Department of State’s J. Christopher Stevens Virtual Exchange Initiative. It involves bi-weekly live classes with international peers and project work based on local issues of interest to the students involved. Students build collaboration, digital literacy, storytelling, communication and media production skills; and create a short multimedia project. US high school teachers are invited to apply to participate. No application deadline is provided, so act now if you’re interested.
