Children’s Africana Book Awards and Festival

The  Children’s Africana Book Awards (CABA), created by Africa Access and the Outreach Council of the African Studies Association, are presented annually at the CABA Dinner to recognize the authors and illustrators of the best children’s and young adult books on Africa. This marks the 25th anniversary of CABA, and the event will honor CABA founder, Brenda Randolph.
